Open the Wallet app
Tap the “+” sign in the upper right corner.
Enter the security code for the credit or debit card associated with your iTunes account.
You can also select “Add another card” and scan the card data with the iPhone camera
Watch Apple.
Open the Apple Watch app on your iPhone
Tap “Wallet & Apple Pay” and select “Add credit or debit card”
